Metroclassy offers a range of clothing apparel, all of which are listed with their respective prices in Indian Rupees (INR). Please note that prices may fluctuate over time, and product availability is subject to change. Occasionally, products may be unavailable or out of stock, and slight variations in color or size may occur due to manufacturing differences.

Orders and Payments

When you place an order, we will process it and send you an order confirmation via email. Payments can be made through various methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, COD and bank transfers. Please note that PayPal accepted.

Shipping and Delivery

At Metroclassy, we currently ship only within India. Shipping times may vary depending on the location, and you will receive an estimated delivery time at checkout. We are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you promptly, but delays beyond our control may occur. In case of any changes to our shipping policies, we will notify you accordingly.

Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 10 to 15 days, depending on the location. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, with all original tags intact and in its original packaging. Customers must also provide a video of the unboxing process. Certain items, including sale items marked as final sale, worn or washed items, and customized products like personalized T-shirts, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 days by transferring the amount to the customer’s card or bank account for the return products.
