We strive to deliver your order within 10-15 business days, depending on the location. Please note that delivery timelines may vary based on your shipping address and external factors such as holidays or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Free Shipping: Orders above a certain amount (specified at checkout) qualify for free shipping. Excluding COD (Cash On Delivery) all payment methods qualify for free shipping.  

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID. You can easily track your order status directly on our website by entering the tracking ID in the Order Tracking section. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.

Handling Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will be notified once your order is packed and ready for shipment.

Missed Delivery or Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address while placing the order. Metroclassy is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
